Humble Beginnings in 1959

Erlanger Window Cleaning (“EWC”), was founded in 1959 by the Merrell Family and has a firm commitment to safety, quality of service, and dependability.  In late September 2020, EWC merged with S&K Building Services, Inc. which has a large midwestern and continues to run smoothly under the Erlanger name in the same location with the same employees.

Mission Statement

Erlanger Window Cleaning Company’s mission is to provide window cleaning as well as a broad range of building maintenance services to building owners and manager throughout Greater Cincinnati, Louisville, Lexington, and Dayton with highly trained, professional, safe, and well motivated employees.
