Our Policy

Erlanger Window Cleaning was founded upon principles of safety, quality of service, and dependability. In order to hold true to these standards, We require full background checks and drug testing of all employees. We found the most effective means of implementing this policy was to participate in the COATS program. COATS is a substance abuse prevention and drug testing program that requires employees to comply with its provisions. COATS is designed to set a minimum standard for substance abuse in the Tri – State area.

All Erlanger Window Cleaning employees will be given a 9 Panel COATS drug screening at pre-employment, and ongoing random, and annual checks.

All Erlanger Window Cleaning technicians will carry a valid COATS Substance Abuse Testing Card indicating that they are in compliance with the strict requirements of the COATS Program.
